El Ciclón Potencial #2 (Futura Tormenta Tropical Bonnie) se mantiene desorganizado sobre aguas del Mar Caribe y justo al norte de Venezuela. El rápido movimiento de traslación de este disturbio no ha permitido que se organice y el nuevo p**nóstico del Centro Nacional de Huracanes estima que llegará como tormenta tropical a Nicaragua y Costa Rica en la tarde del viernes. Se continúa pronosticando un evento significativo de precipitación intensa que puede provocar inundaciones.

Potential Cyclone #2 (Future Tropical Storm Bonnie) remains disorganized over the waters of the Caribbean Sea and just north of Venezuela. The rapid movement of this disturbance has not allowed it to organize itself and the new forecast from the National Hurricane Center estimates that it will arrive as a tropical storm in Nicaragua and Costa Rica on Friday afternoon. A significant event of intense precipitation that can cause flooding continues to be forecast.

The tropical wave that approaches the Caribbean remains disorganized and the vast majority of models no longer develop it into a cyclone before reaching Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic. It is possible that the National Hurricane Center will lower the chances of development. This unrest will pass over the region into the weekend generating downpours and windy conditions in the V****n Islands, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

Invest 95L continues to generate disorganized thunderstorms across East Texas and should bring heavy showers to portions of Houston, Galveston, and Victoria.
