➡️ This is the trick that all confident and successful people use to stay positive…
1️⃣ CATCH the negative thought.
(it’s some version of I’m not enough).
2️⃣ BREAK the negative thought.
Try talking back to it – I usually say – “I’m not thinking about that.”
3️⃣ REPLACE the negative thought.
With whatever you want to think…or with what I, Mel Robbins would tell you to think.
By Catching, Breaking and Replacing the negative thought you will reprogram your mind.
You must follow these three steps.
If you just catch the negative thought – it’ll keep repeating.
If you only break it – it’ll come back bc it’s programmed into your mental circuitry.
You must REPLACE it – so that new thought over time becomes your new default.

☑️ to be heard,
☑️ to be accepted or celebrated for the unique individual you are.
When you don’t feel seen, heard or accepted, you end up feeling stuck, invisible and unfulfilled. When you take control of your mind by catching, breaking, and replacing those negative thoughts, you fulfill those needs for yourself.
