Today I wanted to share some positive actions you can take at home to help you cope during a pandemic. For myself coping has been a bit of a challenge and I have had good and bad days. Staying home and being worried for myself and my friends and family leaves me feeling scared and powerless. I created this list, and others to come, to help give me some power/autonomy back by focusing on things I can do. These are things that can be done at home. Most don’t cost additional money.
