Meditation for Positive Attitude & Energy



Add positivity to your day (and life) through this guided mindfulness meditation. This short meditation practice (under 10 minutes) will help you find awareness of positivity around and within you and encourage you to spread the positive vibes. We’ll use smiling as a technique to boost happiness and positivity. And focusing on the breath, we’ll tune into the body while connecting to the mind.
