Achieving good mental energy is one of the things, if not the thing, I’m most grateful for.
Feeling unmotivated, down, unengaged with life was a state I lived in for years and although this is just my personal experience and I by no means changed all of these things at once, they DID and DO all work for me to build good mental energy and got me feeling far more positive, motivated, sharp and productive. Thats what i mean when I say good mental energy. 🙂
