WHY AREN’T PEOPLE HAPPY FOR ME? 2 REASONS WHY
If this is a question you have ever asked yourself, know that there are many reasons why people in your life aren’t happy for you. This can be a family member, close friend or even a partner or spouse.
Early in our child development we need validation and acceptance from our caregivers to help us to develop a healthy sense of self and a strong identity.
But sometimes we are born into situations where the main people who were “suppose” to be happy for you aren’t and it can leave you feeling unworthy, devastated and defeated. I hope this video gives you insight on how to overcome those feelings and not to internalize other people’s perception of you.
