When you’re sitting at your desk and someone breaks into your day, your leadership day, saying, “I need this, I gotta have this, if I don’t have this right now,” and whatever it is you have to stop, take care of whatever it is, and then go back about your business like nothing happened because the one thing you can not do, when something is happening to you on the negative side, is let that affect the positive side of what you have to do on a daily basis. That is a discipline, a self discipline, and you have to practice that in a way that no one perceives that your attitude has changed one iota no matter what happens to you during the course of the day.
