Clear, healing, positive mindset will lead u to pick the right decision/choices: Why mental health is important, why overthinkers and negative thinkers need to clear their mind, accept things for what they are, let go of those negative feelings for that problem or person and face them or it with positive feelings, when they get u angry, u can get angry but it’s ur choice to react. Do u want to let their negativity get the best of u? Do not let them affect u, a lot of this has to do with self love and self confidence. When u truly know urself and have healed, ur strong on ur beliefs and intuition to the point nothing can affect u. Self love/confidence starts with positivity. Don’t u feel ur best when ur happy, don’t u want that permanent happiness, not stressed from anything. It’s really how u react to things, not the thing itself but ur reaction. Don’t u feel s****y when ur in a bad mood, upset/angry, depressed/empty,overthinking, all negative emotions. Understand spirituality and live by it. U will better ur mind and ur mind will tell u how to react the right way. U have a negative mindset, when ur healed, ur mind is better and will react in the right way. And the right way, the mind’s way is not letting things affect u. Being able to see a problem, knowing that ur overthinking. Switch back to who u r, ur perspective of urself not what ur eyes see, u see how others or something is affecting u but u feel how others or something is affecting u. When u can tell the difference between urself and the very someone or something that’s affecting u, u r aware u know who u r and what they saying is false, that positive mindset, that self love/confidence lets u be able to control ur emotions because ur not affected by them or it. Now choose the right response that resonates with u, ur intuition. Do not let ur past or the future affect it. Ur in control of ur emotions. Do not let someone or something control u because when they control u, u lose urself, u lose ur mind and u turn negative. Don’t lose urself, do not be controlled by ur emotions, this feeling will go away, let it go. U r present, what they are saying is how they feel themselves not what U feel . U did it, u controlled ur emotions, u were aware of what was happening
